A Living City
7 sectors. 10+ factions. 160+ named NPCs. 100+ locations. Kill a faction member and their allies hunt you. Betray a fixer and the whole district hears. The city doesn't wait for you — it reacts.
Consequences Are Permanent
Your HP tracks. Your credits track. NPCs remember what you did. Die and it's game over — start a new life. Every action has a price and nothing is forgotten.

Every run starts with a choice. Pick an archetype, then roll through a Traveller-style lifepath that shapes your backstory, gear, contacts, and enemies before you ever set foot in the city.
NEO-KOWLOON
A vertical mega-city built over flooded Hong Kong. Seven sectors. Ten factions. 160+ named characters. Over 1,000 entries of lore behind every street corner — and no two playthroughs are alike.
The Stacks (Sector 4)
Working-class high-rises and Chrome-Head territory. Most players start here — cheap rent, loud bars, and enough trouble to find without looking.
The Neon Bazaar
Three-floor black market. Weapons on top, food in the middle, secrets below. If it exists in Neo-Kowloon, someone here is selling it.
The Drowned Quarter
Flooded Sector 5, controlled by the Iron Lotus. Water taxis, submerged ruins, and a cult that worships the rising tide.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
You type what your character does. A game master reads your action, checks your inventory, HP, and reputation, rolls dice behind the scenes, and writes what happens next. The game master is powered by a fast, energy-efficient AI model running on top of 1,000+ entries of world lore, faction rules, and game mechanics.
No. There are no scripts, no branching trees, no predetermined outcomes. The city responds to what you do. Two players can walk into the same bar and leave with completely different stories.
Anything that makes sense in the world. Talk, fight, sneak, hack, negotiate, steal, betray, investigate, run. If you can describe it, you can try it. The world decides what happens next.
Everything tracks. Kill an NPC and they stay dead. Spend your credits and they're gone. Earn a faction's trust or burn it — either way, the city remembers.
You die. Permadeath. Your character's story is over. Start a new one and try a different path through the city.
